1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neon Forward ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neon Forward is a message forwarding tool for Telegram. It connects to your Telegram account via Telegram's official MTProto protocol and forwards messages between chats based on rules you configure. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Connection

To use the Service, you must connect a Telegram account. By doing so, you authorize Neon Forward to:

• Read messages from your configured source chats
• Send messages to your configured destination chats on your behalf
• Store a session token to maintain the connection

You can disconnect your account at any time via the /disconnect command or the web dashboard, which immediately revokes access.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only forward messages you have the right to share
• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Not use the Service to violate Telegram's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Be responsible for all activity on your connected accounts

5. Data & Privacy

Neon Forward stores the following data:

• Session tokens: encrypted Telegram session files to maintain your connection
• Configuration: your redirection rules, filters, and settings
• Message ID mappings: temporary mappings to support edit/delete mirroring (auto-purged after 7 days)

We do not store:

• Your Telegram password or 2FA codes
• Message content (messages are forwarded in real-time and not saved)
• Your login codes

6. Security

Login codes must be entered exclusively on the Neon Forward website over HTTPS. Never enter login codes in any Telegram chat. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (including Telegram server issues).

8. Limitation of Liability

Neon Forward is provided without warranty. We are not responsible for:

• Any actions Telegram takes against your account (rate limits, restrictions)
• Messages forwarded incorrectly due to misconfiguration
• Data loss due to service interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, engages in abuse, or uses the Service for prohibited activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
